Я добавляю исключительно на проверенных площадках, не использую рассылку в контактные формы, так как бывают жалобы от владельцев сайтов.
Для размещения ссылок с анкором я размещаю ссылки лишь там, где анкор ставится корректно, а не так как некоторые ставят, ссылку в коде страницы, и это очень плохо, поисковики видят это, и могут понизить сайт.
Корректные беклинки привлекают поисковых роботов на сайт, а те в свою очередь дают зелёный свет индексаторам, что ускоряет добавление сайта в базу.
